Schedule/Hours:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Stepdown (Progressive Care/Intermediate Care) unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to work with diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care to patients in a Stepdown environment
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, recognizing changes and intervening promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient-centered care plans
• Manage medication administration, monitor vital signs, and support recovery processes
