Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts: Tuesday through Friday each week
• Weekly orientation every Monday

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible for Texas practice
• At least one year of recent stepdown or progressive care experience
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS (prior to start)
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for stepdown patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and manage advanced monitoring systems
• Provide patient and family education
• Document interventions and care plans accurately and promptly
