Responsibilities:
- Deliver dedicated nursing care to Stepdown patients, ensuring safe and seamless transitions from critical care
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery processes
- Maintain detailed patient records and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year recent experience in a Stepdown or progressive care unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
