Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a stepdown unit for individuals requiring intermediate-level monitoring and intervention
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status using up-to-date technology and best-practice protocols
• Perform advanced nursing tasks such as titrating medications, managing IV drips, and providing post-acute recovery care
• Collaborate with providers, fellow RNs, and the patients support network to coordinate seamless care
• Educate patients and families on recovery paths and health maintenance
• Exhibit leadership and mentorship within a fast-paced, supportive environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven ability to thrive in rapidly changing clinical environments
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
