Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating every other/every third holiday
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of Stepdown or Intermediate Care experience (recent)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to quality patient care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to Stepdown patients
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform interventions as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge expectations
- Document accurately, maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
