Key Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- Recent experience working in stepdown or progressive care

- Comfortable supervising licensed and non-licensed staff
- Proficient in patient and family education
- Proven ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Adaptable, with a commitment to promoting evidence-based care
Schedule/Hours:
