As a Registered Nurse in this specialized environment, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a group of patients, ensuring both safety and outstanding patient and family-centered care. Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with stepdown experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Competence in developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans
• Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and precepting abilities
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments as required by patient condition and policy
• Develop, prioritize, implement, and periodically update individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to support care objectives
• Monitor and document patient responses to interventions, ensuring accurate and timely records
• Provide comprehensive education for patients and families throughout their stay and upon discharge
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to licensed and non-licensed team members
• Foster a positive team environment, facilitating communication, collaboration, and practice improvements
• Participate in safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives as part of the governance structure
