Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730), 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Holiday shifts as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active KS RN or Compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent Critical Care/ICU experience
• Hands-on experience with CRRT, Bipaps, lab draws, chest tubes, PICCs, conducting own codes, and managing consults
• Must be comfortable floating to ICU, Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Acute/Tele, and ED with prior experience
• Strong autonomy; no vascular access team on site
• No new graduates accepted

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality stepdown and critical care for diverse patient populations
• Float as required to various inpatient units, responding to constantly changing patient needs
• Participate actively in codes and cross-unit consults
• Complete a comprehensive orientation program, including EMR Epic training
