Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients transitioning from critical to general medical care
• Monitor patient status, recognizing changes and initiating appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care planning
• Provide detailed documentation and communication for patient status and progress
• Educate patients and families, offering support throughout recovery

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in Kentucky or compact state)
• Proven clinical experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in adapting to new environments and electronic health record systems
