Job Description

Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic setting that includes ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER. This role requires a versatile nursing professional skilled in planning, coordinating, and delivering patient-centered care, while supervising and delegating tasks to ancillary personnel according to their practice scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care across multiple specialized units.
  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Maintain current competencies for all assigned units.
  • Supervise and delegate care responsibilities effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in Stepdown and critical care nursing environments.
  • Ability to manage diverse clinical responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with patient care protocols in ICU, Med Surg, PACU, and ER settings.
