Job Description
Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic setting that includes ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER. This role requires a versatile nursing professional skilled in planning, coordinating, and delivering patient-centered care, while supervising and delegating tasks to ancillary personnel according to their practice scope.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across multiple specialized units.
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain current competencies for all assigned units.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Stepdown and critical care nursing environments.
- Ability to manage diverse clinical responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with patient care protocols in ICU, Med Surg, PACU, and ER settings.
