Deliver expert nursing care in a dynamic acute care environment, supporting patients across ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER settings. This opportunity focuses on applying your clinical skills while coordinating patient care and supervising ancillary personnel within their practice scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in multiple specialized units including ICU and Step Down.
- Maintain required competencies essential for effective performance across each assigned unit.
- Supervise and delegate care duties to ancillary staff, ensuring adherence to scopes of practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure quality care delivery.
- Uphold standards consistent with professional nursing guidelines and facility policies.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in stepdown or critical care nursing.
