What You'll Bring:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Proven experience in stepdown, intermediate care, or progressive care units
• Proficiency monitoring and caring for patients requiring close observation
• Exceptional assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgical procedures
• Monitor vital signs, implement nursing interventions, and quickly recognize patient changes
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide post-procedural care
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and recovery expectations
• Coordinate closely with physicians, therapists, and other care providers
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes diligently
