A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown care, with a primary focus on Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Med-Surg, and Telemetry acute care settings. This role requires a nurse who is adaptable and proficient in providing high-quality care in environments that may include PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units. Placement will be based on current unit needs and individual nurse skills.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care environments
- Ability to provide care on a Progressive Care Unit or Med-Surg Telemetry unit
- Flexibility to float between units and sites within a 40-mile radius as needed
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills suited to a fast-paced, acute care setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Schedule:
- Contract position with shift schedules based on unit needs
