Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to Stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs and intervening promptly as needed
• Coordinate care with attending physicians, specialists, and allied health teams
• Administer medications, support ventilator weaning, and conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and ongoing care requirements
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in patient records

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing clinical environments
