Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday each week
- Weekly orientation on Mondays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, 60+ miles from facility to qualify as a traveler
- Required certifications completed prior to start (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, etc.)
- Strong experience in stepdown, progressive, or intermediate care
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- Adaptable and collaborative in diverse clinical settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in a stepdown setting
- Proficiently manage post-ICU/complex patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Support trauma and specialty units as needed
- Maintain meticulous documentation and follow hospital protocols
