Deliver essential nursing care within diverse clinical settings including ICU, Step-Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER. This role requires a dedicated Nurse with strong clinical competencies and a capacity to supervise ancillary personnel appropriately to their scopes of practice. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical competencies specific to ICU, Step-Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER units.
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ancillary staff ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.
- Previous experience in Step-Down and critical care areas is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain competency in diverse clinical environments.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
