Job Description

A registered nurse with step-down experience is needed to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple units including ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care tailored to each units needs. You will also supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel, ensuring all team members work within their scopes of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER units
  • Maintain current competencies specific to each assigned unit
  • Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ancillary staff according to scope of practice
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility protocols
