Serving a diverse population as the most complex hospital within a 70-mile radius, this opportunity places you in a state-of-the-art, 154-bed facility renowned for its high-acuity care and specialized centers, including a Level 3 Trauma Center, Level 1 NICU, and Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center. Whether wandering the historic downtown or snapping a photo at the iconic U.S. Eiffel Tower, youll find plenty to enjoy during your downtime.
Taking on this travel role in Paris isnt just about expanding your clinical expertiseits about working alongside exceptional healthcare professionals, learning from advanced stroke and orthopedic programs, and broadening your horizons with exposure to innovative workplace practices and leadership styles. Each week brings opportunities to deepen your stepdown nursing skills in a facility recognized for its quality care.
Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday each week
- Weekly orientation on Mondays
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license and required certifications (must be obtained before start date)
- Minimum 60 miles from facility to qualify as a traveler
- Stepdown experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity settings
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to stepdown unit patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans
- Monitor and document patient status, administer medications, and assist in complex procedures
- Respond effectively in emergencies and evolving patient conditions
