Provide specialized patient care in a dynamic step-down unit, focusing on monitoring and supporting patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close observation due to complex medical conditions. Ideal candidates possess strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and compassionate patient care experience in a step-down or intermediate care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, adhering to established protocols.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with experience in step-down or intermediate care nursing strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical scenarios in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
