Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Experience in stepdown or progressive care preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to post-cardiac surgery patients in a stepdown setting
- Monitor patient status closely, recognizing and responding to changes promptly
- Administer medications, interventions, and support as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
