Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Experience in Stepdown/PCU or equivalent unit highly preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Ability to successfully complete a proctored rhythm test
- Patient-centered, team-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients post-cardiac surgery in a progressive care setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient responses, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
