Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- 1+ year of recent experience in a stepdown/PCU or telemetry setting preferred
- Motivated and adaptable, willing to thrive in specialty cardiac care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to adult cardiac stepdown patients, primarily heart failure cases
- Perform patient assessments, manage complex medication regimens, and provide cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate efficiently with physicians, therapists, and care coordinators
- Educate patients and families about condition management and discharge planning
- Accurately document all patient interactions and care provided
