Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact license accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proven experience in stepdown or telemetry nursing
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- High motivation, adaptability, and teamwork orientation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care for cardiac stepdown patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, respond promptly to changes, and intervene as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
- Accurately document care in the EMR
- Support safe transitions of care and patient discharge planning
