As a Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown care, youll work with multidisciplinary teams to support complex patient needs, broadening your clinical expertise. Schedule
- Travel assignment
- Up to 16 hours unpaid orientation
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing required
- Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- At least 3 years of prior nursing experience preferred
- Strong Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
- Demonstrated analytical and mathematical proficiency
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, gathering histories, vital signs, and evaluating lab tests
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with nursing processes
- Maintain meticulous records and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
