This role in the Cardiac Stepdown unit is well-suited for experienced RNs looking to broaden their impact and skill set. Schedule & Hours:

• Scheduled 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call obligations
• Start date: ASAP

Role Details & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to cardiac stepdown patients at a max ratio of 4:1
• Respond quickly and compassionately to changing patient status
• Float to other compatible units as needed
• Participate in all aspects of patient documentation, especially critical during periods of system changes (Epic implementation)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recent stepdown/cardiac stepdown RN experience
• Active RN license (no pending licenses)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous travel experience required; not open to first-time travelers
• Block scheduling may be considered based on operational needs

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
