A travel nursing opportunity is available for a registered nurse skilled in stepdown care. This role supports the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), where patients require advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions due to their moderately stable yet elevated risk condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Utilize advanced knowledge to monitor, assess, and intervene appropriately for patient stability.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform patient assessments and documentation consistent with PCU standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license at the time of application.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit and proficiency interpreting basic EKGs are preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (College of American Pathologists moderate complexity testing requirement).
