Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum two years of stepdown or progressive care unit experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and response to interventions
- Educate patients and families on recovery and treatment plans
- Respond efficiently to changes in patient condition and emergencies
