Seeking a Registered Nurse with Stepdown or Med-Surg Telemetry experience for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of two years in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care settings. Placement will be based on your expertise, with assignments on units requiring the most support, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Med-Surg, or Telemetry.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units based on skills and needs
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing nursing care plans
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Adapt flexibly to floating onsite or to nearby healthcare sites within a 40-mile radius as needed
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with Stepdown or Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in Progressive Care Unit, Med-Surg, or Telemetry
- Ability to float within skill set to meet staffing needs efficiently
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
