What Youll Need:
- Valid RN license
- Previous Stepdown unit experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- The adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Stepdown patients, ensuring effective monitoring and timely interventions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex clinical scenarios with professionalism
- Educate patients and families, providing compassionate support through their healthcare journey
- Document all care accurately within electronic health records systems
