Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignmentspecific schedules discussed during interview
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Valid RN licensure in New Hampshire or a Compact State License
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Three years of prior nursing experience preferred
- Strong experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry essential
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a Stepdown unit
- Assess patients on admission using various tools to gather medical history, vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostics
- Develop and implement written care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Ensure all care is documented accurately and promptly
- Contribute as a vital team member in direct and indirect patient care, always prioritizing patient safety and outcomes
