Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position, flexibility required, 13-week assignment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in a stepdown setting
- Assess patient needs at admission by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and analyzing labs or diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement written care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide both direct and indirect patient care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other care providers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license for New Hampshire or Compact state
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferably three years of prior nursing experience, ideally including strong med/surg and telemetry exposure
- Sharp analytical skills and sound clinical judgment
- Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
