Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position, flexibility required, 13-week assignment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in a stepdown setting
  • Assess patient needs at admission by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and analyzing labs or diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement written care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide both direct and indirect patient care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other care providers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Valid RN license for New Hampshire or Compact state
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Preferably three years of prior nursing experience, ideally including strong med/surg and telemetry exposure
  • Sharp analytical skills and sound clinical judgment
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
