Schedule/Hours:

• 48-hour contract
• Patient ratio: 1:4

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of recent experience in a stepdown setting
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with conditions such as Sepsis, Heart Failure, COPD, Hypertensive Emergency, Status Epilepticus, Chronic Kidney Disease, Substance Abuse Disorders, and Encephalopathy
• Effectively manage 4 patients per shift within a 16-20 bed stepdown unit
• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and rapidly respond to changes in patient condition
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation in line with unit and hospital policies
