Schedule/Hours:

• Shift-based role (details provided during interview process)
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5

Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia or compact Registered Nurse license required
• At least 1-2 years of experience in stepdown, progressive care, or telemetry settings
• Advanced knowledge in the care of patients with telemetry monitoring, ventilators, and complex wounds
• Proficient with titrating and administering critical drips (Norepinephrine, Dopamine)
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient monitoring and documentation standards
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (no local travelers)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care for stepdown/long-term acute care patients
• Monitor telemetry, assess for changes in condition, and intervene appropriately
• Provide ventilator support and manage complex wound care procedures
• Administer prescribed drips and monitor patient response
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document all assessments, interventions, and care outcomes accurately
