Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients in accordance with Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics
• Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members to ensure patient-centered service and safety
• Uphold system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals within a shared governance framework
• Apply evidence-based practices and professional competencies to support continuous quality improvement

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN license valid in Georgia
• Experience providing stepdown care and familiarity with acute patient needs
• Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, ethics, and evidence-based care models
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
