Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shifts and total hours per week to be discussed)
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Current State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact Licensure
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- 3+ years prior nursing experience preferred, with strong MS/Tele skills
- Demonstrated mathematical, analytical, written, and verbal communication strengths
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in assigned stepdown areas
- Perform patient assessments on admission, utilizing comprehensive interview and data collection methods
- Evaluate medical status through interpretation of vital signs, labs, and diagnostics
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Foster clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
