Schedule/Hours:
- Up to 16 hours of orientation (unpaid)
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Valid RN license for New Hampshire or Compact state
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience a plus
- Exceptional analytic, mathematical, written, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients on admission and through their stay
- Use interview techniques to gather medical history and current status
- Evaluate vital signs, labs, and diagnostic results
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans collaboratively with physicians
- Provide both direct and indirect patient care in assigned areas
