Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Collaborative spirit, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients requiring close monitoring and quick intervention
• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered, monitoring for side effects and efficacy
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education, ensuring a smooth transition between levels of care
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes

$2,064 - $2,258/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
