This opportunity calls for an experienced RN to excel in a high-acuity Cardiac Stepdown setting with a 4:1 patient ratio. Youll be working alongside skilled clinicians, sharing best practices, and learning new approaches to patient careenhancing your resume and opening doors for your ongoing career advancement.

Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call
• Block scheduling considered

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown or similar acute care
• Active RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Previous travel nursing experience required (no first-time travelers)
• Flexibility to float within scope as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to cardiac stepdown patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment
• Document clinical interventions and patient responses per facility policy
• Adapt to new processes efficiently, especially during Epic Implementation

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
