Schedule/Hours:

• 48-hour contract

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a medical step-down or similar setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven track record with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Responsibilities:

• Care for and monitor patients transitioning from intensive care, many with multiple chronic and acute conditions
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and respond effectively to rapidly changing patient statuses
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure high-quality coordinated care
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with all regulatory standards
