Step into a pivotal role within a medical stepdown unit, encompassing 1620 beds, where youll be entrusted with patient ratios of 1:4. This fast-paced environment offers exposure to a broad patient population with cases spanning sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Here, youll enhance your clinical judgment, learn innovative care techniques, and interact with health care teams who take pride in quality outcomes and mentoring.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years experience in a stepdown or acute care setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in managing complex, high-acuity patients
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care for patients with multi-system illnesses
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for optimum patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor and document patient status and response to therapy

$2,310 - $2,292/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 48 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
