Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Proficiency in stepdown/unit or progressive care nursing
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced acute care environments
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for patients requiring close monitoring
- Implement physician orders and oversee progression
- Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to team huddles and unit quality initiatives
