Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- At least 2 years of experience in a stepdown, PCU, or related unit
- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and support
- Monitor, assess, and update care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and implement evidence-based interventions
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and positive outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
