Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour Nights (1900-0730)
• 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call
• Some holidays needed (including July 4th)

Work closely with exceptional teams in PCU and stepdown, while floating to ICU, ED, and all inpatient unitsbroadening your scope and giving you unmatched adaptability and problem-solving prowess.

Requirements:

• Active KS RN or Compact RN license
• 2+ years of recent Critical Care/ICU experience
• Experience with CRRT, Bipaps, drawing own labs, Chest Tubes, and PICC lines
• Comfortable handling consults, codes, and chest tubes independently
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Previous Epic EMR experience preferred
• Flexibility to float to ICU, ED, Med/Tele, and other inpatient areas

Professional Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Stepdown unit
• Float to additional inpatient units as needed
• Manage critical situations: codes, lab draws, consults
• Participate in hospital orientations and clinical training
• Maintain compliance with facility policies (e.g., nicotine-free, Epic EMR)
