Qualifications:
Active RN license (state compact or Texas)
Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong assessment skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Proven record of effective communication and teamwork
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and continuous nursing care to Stepdown patients
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform critical assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery
Maintain detailed patient records and follow evidence-based protocols
