This travel assignment welcomes varying contract lengths (from 36 to 48 hours per week) to fit your lifestyle, with an every-other-weekend schedule that grants ample time to explore the citys culinary hotspots, waterfront parks, and cultural landmarks. Beyond daily clinical challenges, this role offers an opportunity to develop advanced skills while networking with multidisciplinary teams operating with the latest best practices.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible 3648 hour weekly contracts
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Prior Stepdown or progressive care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
- Proven commitment to patient-centered care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients transitioning from critical care to general care
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and allied health professionals
- Document treatment, progress, and response to interventions accurately
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning
