Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Previous Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly preferred
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage complex patient cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and continuous monitoring to stepdown/transplant patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
