Schedule/Hours

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Proven Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit experience
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the care of acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU-level support
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, interpret lab results, and adjust care plans
