Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing (state-specific or compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year recent stepdown/PCU experience strongly preferred
- Solid assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and post-acute recovery
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
