Schedule:

• Rotating schedule: every other and/or every third holiday

Required Skills & Experience:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan or compact licensure
• Previous experience in a stepdown, progressive care, or intermediate care setting strongly preferred
• Proficient with monitoring cardiac rhythms, titration of IV drips, and responding to emergencies
• Strong professional communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for stepdown-level patients transitioning from critical care
• Monitor complex vital signs, recognize emergent conditions, and intervene as needed
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients families
• Uphold patient safety, infection control protocols, and exceptional care standards
