Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unrestricted, in good standing)
- Minimum of one year of recent Stepdown or Intermediate Care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit
- Monitor and assess patient progress, implementing necessary interventions
