Deliver expert care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown/Progressive Care. Skilled RNs will provide comprehensive assessments and interventions to patients transitioning from critical care, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes through a blend of clinical acumen and compassionate support.

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts available, including nights and weekends based on facility needs.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Proven nursing experience in a Stepdown, Progressive Care, or similar acute care environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Attention to patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to individuals requiring a higher level of monitoring than standard medical-surgical units.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform complex assessments and interventions.
• Manage, monitor, and educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring seamless patient transitions and exceptional outcomes.
• Document care processes accurately while complying with all facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
