Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
• Previous experience working with stepdown or similar patient populations preferred
• Record of adaptability, initiative, and commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients with a range of cardiac conditions, primarily heart failure
• Continuously monitor and assess patient status, delivering interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, therapy, and treatments in accordance with best practices
